The City of Aliso Viejo gearing up for new season at Aliso Viejo Aquatic Center
The Aliso Viejo Aquatic Center will operate from May 1 through Sept. 30, giving the public six more weekends of public access.
With a 25-meter pool, recreation pool, splash pad and toddler wading pool, the Aliso Viejo Aquatic Center, at 29 Santa Barbara, quickly became the hub of activity after its premiere last year. Offering fee-based swimming programs, activities, parties and more, the facility is a popular venue for families, kids, adults, groups and organizations alike.
The resort-style complex in the heart of the City will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. From Memorial Day (May 31) to Labor Day, the facility will be open daily. On the remaining days in May and September the facility will be open just on weekends.
Guests to the Aquatic Center enjoy recreation and lap swimming, water aerobics, swim lessons, pool parties, a snack bar, cabanas and lots of fun activities. The complex has locker facilities, restrooms and a patio with outdoor fireplace for lounging and relaxing with family and friends. Swim Lessons will be offered by Swim Venture at www.swimventure.com.
The Aquatic Center is conveniently located at Aliso Creek Road and Glenwood Drive, next to the Aliso Viejo Conference Center.
