2010 Annual Meeting Rescheduled

If you have not sent in your ballot, then please do so now. Your vote is needed to help reach quorum. Only 14 valid votes were mailed in last time.

We Might Not Have a Quorum! — Please Send in Your Votes
Posted in Meetings on February 22nd, 2010 by admin – Comments OffAs of today we only have 18 ballots (4 of which are invalid because they were not signed) that have been mailed in for the annual meeting on Thursday the 25th. We need 43 ballots to have a quorum! Each time we don’t have a quorum we it costs all the association members more money because we have to reschedule the meeting and delay certain association business.
If you can’t make time to drop off your ballot or mail it in, then please contact our property manager and she can help make arrangements to drop off you ballot at one of your board members’ home. Her contact information is below:
